Valuation Reports by Township
After taking office in 2018, Assessor Fritz Kaegi made a commitment to deliver accurate and transparent assessments of all residential and commercial properties. These Valuation Reports are produced every year for each township that is scheduled to be reassessed. They contain detailed residential and commercial reports—including multi-family assessments, detailed studies of residential assessment quality, and commercial data sources and methodology.
This year in 2023, the south and west suburbs of Cook County are scheduled to be reassessed. As each township is complete, a Residential and Commercial Valuation Report will be posted here.
