Real Property Income and Expense Webinar with Affordable Housing Providers

The Cook County Assessor’s Office invites all providers of affordable housing to a Real Property Income and Expense (RPIE) webinar on Thursday, April 8th at 12:00 p.m.

The RPIE system allows owners of apartments rented at below-market rates to flag themselves so that our office can consider their unique characteristics when determining their assessed value.
