The Assessor's On-line Appeal Tracking System allows you to monitor the status of your appeal as it goes through a rigorous process of review at the Assessor's Office. In order to ensure that your appeal receives a complete review, your appeal may be reviewed by multiple persons and multiple departments within the Assessor's Office. Depending on the nature of your appeal, the Assessor's Office may even require an additional inspection of your property to determine if any errors have been made. Unfortunately, at certain times of the year, the review process may take extended periods of time, given the large volume of appeals being processed by the Assessor's Office and its limited resources. We appreciate your patience during this process with the understanding that a quality review of your assessment may require time.
The Assessor's Online Appeal Tracking System is provided as a service to taxpayers. Although we attempt to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information and the CCAO expressly disclaims any warranty, express or implied.
