Model Home Application deadline
The deadline to file a 2015 Model Home Application, FOR ALL TOWNSHIPS, by statute,
is Thursday, April 30th, 2015.

Deadline changes
Please be advised that Calumet was moved up significantly in the schedule. Originally estimated for June 8th, 2015, Calumet was mailed March 6th, 2015.
In addition, please note that LakeView's mailing date was changed from March 31st, 2015 to April 8th, 2015 and Lemont's estimated mailing date was moved up from May 29th, 2015 to March 18th, 2015.
