Special Notice For All Industrial-Commercial Appeal Filers

In order to maintain a high level of accuracy in our appeal reviews and to ensure that all taxpayers are treated in a fair and equitable manner, all Industrial /Commercial triennial appeal results will be mailed at one time by each township.

The Cook County Assessor’s Office will allow 15 days from the mailing date of appeal results within which to file a request for re-review (for all townships).

Please note that the re-review dates for each township will continue to be posted in our regular notices and on our web site.
