All 2007 computer generated assessment appeal result letters for the following townships have been mailed. If you have not received notification of your appeal, please call our Freedom of Information Department at (312) 603-5307 for a duplicate copy.

In order to avoid delays in processing, all requests for re-review must be directed to Margie Cusack, Chief Operating Officer.

   You will be requested to provide our office with the following information:
 
A) Township
B) Appeal Number
C) Permanent Index Number
D) Mailing Name and Address and/or Attorney's and Representative's Code (if applicable).
